KUNES AUTO & RV GROUP TAILGATE TARGET TOSS

• Kunes Auto & RV Group will conduct the contest on the date(s) listed above for a chance to win the ONE Grand Prize at each show:
  • A 2024 Forest River® Cherokee Grey Wolf - Wolf Den.  Model 26EV.

• Contest can be entered at various RV Shows. No purchase necessary. Contestants may only enter once.
  • After registering, Each contestant must toss the regulation bean bag (provided by the contest supervisor) a minimum distance through the target as indicated by contest administrators. IMPORTANT: Any contestant touching or crossing the distance marker will be disqualified and will not have another attempt. The bean bag must land inside target opening on the fly without bouncing or coming in contact with any item, person, or surface that would alter or enhance the flight path of the bean bag. The bean bag must come to rest inside in the target in order to be considered a qualifying toss. 
  • Of all contestants completing the qualifying toss as described above, 5 finalist(s) will be randomly selected for the chance to win the grand prize throughout the weekend and no later than noon on Sunday of each show date. The selected finalist(s) must be present to be eligible to win at 2pm on Sunday of each event date. If the selected finalist is not present at the time of the contest, that finalist will be eliminated from the contest, and will not be eligible to participate for the chance to win the grand prize. Another finalist, if present will then be selected. Once another finalist has been selected, any previous names selected are immediately ineligible to win and forfeit their chance to participate in the contest. There will be 5 finalists selected for each contest event date. Should less than 5 contestants make the initial qualifying toss, the number of finalists will be equal to the number of qualified contestants.

• The 5 finalist(s) per event date will each have the chance to win the one grand prize by attempting to toss a bean bag through a round target hole on the fly.
  • The 5 finalists names will be drawn randomly to determine order of throwing.
  • Each finalist must toss the regulation bean bag (provided by the contest supervisor) a minimum distance through the target as indicated by contest administrators. IMPORTANT: Any contestant touching or crossing the distance marker will be disqualified and will not have another attempt.
  • The bean bag must land inside target opening on the fly without bouncing or coming in contact with any item, person, or surface that would alter or enhance the flight path of the bean bag. The bean bag must come to rest inside in the target in order to be considered a winning toss.
  • If any finalist successfully tosses the bean bag into the target and the bean bag remains inside of the target, that contestant will win the one grand prize.
  • In the event of a tie, the finalists who successfully made the first shot will toss again. If one of the finalists makes the shot a second time, they will win. If none of the finalists makes the second shot, the grand prize will become a cash prize of $15,000.00 and will be split evenly between tied finalists.
  • If no finalist hits the target successfully on the fly, no grand prize will be awarded.

• If there is a grand prize winner, the winner must come to Kunes Auto & RV Group at a mutually agreed date and time at least 2 weeks prior to delivery of their grand prize.

• The contest is open to persons 18 years of age and older. Employees of Kunes Auto & RV Group, other related sponsors and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

• Persons who have won another contest or promotion of any kind from Kunes Auto & RV Group within 30 calendar days before the contest are ineligible to win.

• The following classes of people are ineligible to win:
  • Current or former professional or semi-professional cornhole players.
  • Current or former high school or collegiate cornhole players who have competed at that level within the past six (6) years.
  • Current or former cornhole coaches who have coached at any level of play.

• Difficulties with getting to locations to enter the contest are not the responsibility of Kunes Auto & RV Group. There is no fee to enter the Kunes area. Should a third party RV Show producer charge an entry fee, and contestant’s sole intent of attending the RV Show is to enter this contest, Kunes will reimburse contestant the RV Show entry fee upon request with a receipt provided. No more than one entry fee per household shall be reimbursed. Reimbursement may not be made at the show, and Kunes may choose to send a reimbursement check via US Postage. Reimbursement must be requested at the time of the contest entry, and not after.

• As the winner of the grand prize, you will be required to sign a release form before your prize is awarded. You will be responsible for all taxes, including state, local, and federal. As well as any DMV title or licensing fees. The winner will also be responsible for the transportation of their prize to their home or storage area.

• As a grand prize winner, you acknowledge that Kunes Auto & RV Group have the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that you are a grand prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

• There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest. Voids where prohibited.

• There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Kunes Auto & RV Group. Another winner will not be selected.

• Kunes Auto & RV Group reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. Kunes Auto & RV Group also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date without notice.

• The decision of Kunes Auto & RV Group management in the interpretation of these rules is final.

• If the winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

• Kunes Auto & RV Group, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize.

• Kunes Auto & RV Group, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery.

• The chance to win the grand prize includes:
  • 5 finalist(s) per event date will be randomly selected for the chance to win. The selected finalist(s) will each attempt to toss a bean bag through a target from a minimum distance as specified by contest officials. The bean bag must land in the target and stay in the target on the fly without coming into contact with any person or object. If any finalist successfully tosses the bean bag in the target and it stays in without bouncing out, that finalist will win the grand prize. The prize does not cover any other expenses, including but not limited to tax. Kunes Auto & RV Group is not responsible and provides no warranties regarding the use of the grand prize. Other restrictions may apply.
